Interestingly, this cell line doesn’t amplify C-myc DNA sequences and doesn’t exhibit any major DNA structural anomalies. Furthermore, it displays an unusual form of RB1 that remains unphosphorylated due to a codon 706 point mutation (Cys-> Phe).
